_builder_version=&#8221;3.0.47&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.20.1&#8243; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221;]<p><strong>Coaching as a \u201cMoral Technique\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>We see coaching as an attitude. We freely step in and out of its established boundaries, using coaching to \u201ccolor in\u201d similar disciplines that belong to the same field: facilitation, counseling, management consulting, and mentoring.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>That freedom, however, is not arbitrary; it follows a \u201cmoral technique\u201d.
